Many people suffer from the inability to fall asleep or stay asleep every night. Some have resorted to over the counter or prescription medications with little or no results.   • Stay active: Exercise regularly, at least 3 times a week, but not too close to bedtime
  • Do not use electronic devices 60 minutes prior to going to bed
